WOMEN OF THE WORD

Women of the Bible
Group Facilitator:  Sarah Elliott

The Bible is filled with fascinating stories of interesting women who serve God in unique ways.  This group will read some of these stories in depth and discuss the lessons these women have to offer us in modern times.  There is no homework and no previous Bible study experience is required. Friday mornings 9:30-11:00am beginning on September 12 in the Resource Room/MacColl Auditorium

Back to the Beginning
Group Facilitator:  Ginger Goodrich

This year's study will begin at the beginning; looking at the stories of the great individuals in the Book of Genesis.   The group is asked to read the text carefully, take time to reflect, and then participate in conversation, questioning, challenging, discovering insights so that these ancient texts come alive.
We meet on Thursday mornings from 10:00 - 11:30am starting October 2 in the Parish House Living Room.

MEN OF ST. THOMAS'

Group Facilitators: Neal Pratt and Tim Russell

Men of St. Thomas’ offers a time for men to connect with one another. We meet the first Monday of the month, begin at 6:30 PM with a social period for about a half hour and then have dinner and a speaker.  One of the best things about this is that you don’t have to be an astute churchman to come.  It is a great time of good conversation and building connections with one another.
