Church staff offices moving mid-June

Our church staff offices will be moving to the Whitemarsh Learning & Wellness Center in mid-June. The WLWC building is down the hill from the Parish House. Renovations on Church Hill Hall will begin after that to convert it back to the Rector's residence.

How do I get to the new offices, and where do I park?

When you enter the campus off Camp Hill Rd (A on map), you will make the first right into the preschool campus (behind Parish House). Park at the end of the lot (B on map) and use the walking path to get to the building.

If you're walking or need an accessible parking space, you will drive past the front of Parish House and continue down the steep hill to the building. (C on map) There are very limited parking spaces in the front of the building.

How will this affect me?

If you need to visit the staff offices, you will enter as noted above. Otherwise, all phone numbers and other contact information will remain the same.

What happens to the current tenants in the Whitemarsh Learning Center?

A few tenants will be moving out. Be Well Private Practice's therapy offices will be downsized and move into the Schoolhouse rooms on the left of the building. The yoga studio will move downstairs. The group support room and two other tenants will remain downstairs.

How will the new offices be set up?

A receptionist desk will be in the lobby near the front door to help direct and assist visitors. The Rev. Kristin Waskowicz Woods will have an office directly in front of the front door. The back Lounge space will have a small conference/workroom and flexible workspace. The rest of the staff offices will be in the back area of the main floor, where Be Well offices are currently. A private conference room will open downstairs in August. Once the move has happened and everything in place, a building map will be placed at the front entrance to help direct people.

Will new on-campus signage be made?

Yes, we will be having new signage made to assist in directing people to the proper places on campus. This will likely not be installed until the Fall.

Will renovations need to be done to the building?

This move was designed to take advantage of the offices already in place. While there will be some minor renovations needed to accommodate the full staff, the move will be cost-effective and time-efficient.

Will the building continue to be called the Whitemarsh Learning & Wellness Center?

Yes. This name is registered with the township and still will host other outside businesses.
