Faith doesn’t wait for you to grow up first.
You don’t have to know the right prayers, sit still the whole service, or wait until you’re older to belong at St. Thomas’. From the moment your child walks through our doors, this is their church, too. Whether that means Godly Play at four-years-old, serving at the altar at 11, or asking hard questions in a Confirmation class at 14, there’s a real place for your child at every stage, held by people who will walk alongside them each step of the way.
Nursery & Little Ones (Infant–Twos)
A staffed nursery is available during our 10am service for infants through two-year-olds, so you can worship without worrying about a wiggly toddler mid-sermon.
Children’s Chapel: (Ages 3–7)
Every Sunday during the 10 a.m. service, children ages 3-7 have their own chapel service, built for their age and attention span. It includes a time of stories, crafts, games, and learning all about God!
Godly Play (Ages 4–3rd Grade)
After the 10 a.m. service and during the adult forum, children meet in the Beck Room with our Godly Play-trained teachers, using a hands-on, story-based approach—rooted in Montessori practice—that teaches kids to listen for God and respond to that in their own imaginative way.
Club 46 (4th–6th grade)
After the 10:00 a.m. service and during the adult forum, students meet in the McCausland Chapel for our wonder-based Sunday school curriculum, which is full of time in the Bible, activities, games, and crafts.
Youth Ministry (6th–12th Grade)
We’re building something real here! Rather than a fixed weekly program, we have classes, pop-up events, service projects, and retreats throughout the year, open to any teen at any level of church involvement (check out our calendar below to see some of our offerings!) Come once, come every time, bring a friend who's never set foot in a church.

Serving in Worship: Acolytes, Ushers, Readers & Choristers (kids–teens)
Starting this September, we’re launching a new Acolyte Program for kids and teens who want to actively serve during worship: carrying the cross, lighting candles, and assisting at the altar. It’s built as a ladder: young acolytes start as Banner-Bearers and grow into roles with more responsibility as they mature. It only takes a once-a-month commitment, with an easy swap system if life gets in the way. We do more than just serve together; we also celebrate with pizza parties, pool parties, retreats, and more.
Choristers Program
Our Choristers Program is for students age 8 and up, and they sing frequently at the 10:00 a.m. service in the Church with the professional adults. Rehearsals are offered on Thursday afternoons. Choristers must attend one rehearsal each week.
